Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please check the room conditions when selecting your room above.

Children and extra beds

• All children are welcome.
• One child under 6 years is charged IDR 250000 per night when using existing beds.
• All children under 2 years are charged IDR 90000 per night for children’s cots/cribs.
• All children under 12 years are charged IDR 350000 per night for extra beds.
• All further older children or adults are charged IDR 350000 per night for extra beds.
• The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
• Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
• Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note that the guest name on the reservation must be the same as the name on the card used to make the booking.

The credit card used for booking must be valid for the entire stay and presented upon check-in also deposit of IDR 1.000.000 is required.
If the original card cannot be shown or verified, guests are required to pay with an alternative payment method.
